About
In 2020, I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a master’s degree in International Heritage Management, and went on to build my career at Historic England and the Canal & River Trust.
Working alongside specialists in planning, heritage, the environment, fundraising community outreach have me a deep understanding of how passionate people are about their work. However, it also taught me how often time, capacity and funding fall short.
After taking time away to be with my dad in his final days, I knew that I wanted to use my skills and experience differently. I’d seen first-hand how overstretched teams can be and how easily it is for them to burn out, especially in the heritage, charity & culture sectors. Important work gets left behind, not because people don’t care, but because there’s simply too much on their plate.
That’s why I set up my business: to give organisations the specialist support and practical capacity they need to move forward. Whether it’s heritage planning, fundraising, grant management, administration or project coordination, I help take the tasks that loom large, the ones that sit on your list, your mind and your calendar, and move them forward with clarity and care.
My role is to create space for you to focus on the work that really matters.
